The Roach 196ZPA Zero Pressure Accumulator Conveyor is designed for safe and efficient package handling with zero back pressure, making it ideal for medium-duty applications. This conveyor employs a zone singulation operation, allowing it to handle loads up to 125 lbs./ft. with ease, while maintaining no minimum weight limitations. It features sensor rollers that efficiently manage the accumulation of products, even those with previously challenging minimal weight requirements.

This conveyor's robust construction includes 1.9″ diameter steel tread and pressure rollers, and a 6″ wide black PVC-120 COS belt. The adjustable return rollers and precision ball bearings ensure smooth and reliable operation. The drive and end pulleys are designed with crowned shafts for optimal performance, and the entire system runs at a consistent speed of 60 FPM. The sturdy bed frame, equipped with adjustable squaring rods, ensures precise belt tracking, even in units longer than 30 feet.

Additional features include a 1/3 HP right angle gear motor, pneumatic actuation for accumulation zones, and optional electrical controls. With its reliable design and customizable options, the Roach 196ZPA is a versatile solution for a wide range of material handling needs.
