The Composite Shop Top features a sealed, lumber-core construction that’s 30% harder than hardwood and resistant to spills, making it ideal for heavy use and demanding tasks. The non-conductive surface is splinter-proof and extremely durable.

Supporting the top are Pollard’s rugged 200 Style angle iron legs, available in adjustable heights and compatible with optional glides or casters. Reinforced with a 16-gauge 209 Style Stringer and a 12-gauge 207 Style Lower Shelf, this open leg bench is built to last. Customize your setup with single or multi-drawer units, riser shelves, or benchtop shelving. Standard colors apply, with custom options available upon request. Whether for assembly, repair, or production, this modular bench system is ready for serious work.

Composite Shop Top:

• Lumber core between two 0.5" high-density particleboard layers

• Sealed with catalyzed clear lacquer finish

• 30% harder than hardwood

• Non-conductive and splinter-proof

• Pre-drilled and countersunk to fit 200 Style Legs

200 Style Bench Legs:

• 2" x 2" x 1/8" angle iron, arc-welded

• Adjustable height: 30"-36" or 36"-42"

• Pre-pierced for mounting stringers and floor anchoring

• Optional: glides, steel, polyurethane, or phenolic casters

209 Style Stringers:

• 6" wide, 16ga formed steel

• Pre-pierced for mounting to 200 Style Legs

• 8'+ sizes accommodate a center leg

207 Style Lower Shelf:

• 12ga steel, formed down 1" (front) and up 1" (back)

• Fits 200 Style Legs; notched for center leg on 8'+ benches

Optional Drawers:

• 220/221 Single Drawer: 18ga steel, ball-bearing slides, padlock ready

• 222/223 Units: 2- or 3-drawer options, each with pull handle, heavy-duty design

• Keyed cylinder lock and sliding tray options available

Optional Accessories:

• 216 Riser Shelf: 16ga steel, 10" wide, with back bracing
