Refund and Return Policy:

  • Returns & Refunds:

    Our products should meet your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied, we will offer a refund or exchange on all standard product purchases within ten (10) days of the shipment date excluding any shipping, insurance, restocking charges (if applicable) or other charges where applicable. You must first call 1-800-338-1382 to receive an "RMA" (Return Merchandise Authorization) in order for us to properly process your return.

    To streamline your return, we ask that you please note the following: If you are uncertain of the merchandise quality or appearance, please discuss any additional questions you may have with a customer service representative before purchasing the merchandise. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you receive, please contact us IMMEDIATELY and we will assist you in obtaining a refund or replacement. If you have decided that you do not want the merchandise after it has been shipped, but before it arrives, DO NOT REFUSE THE POSTAL DELIVERY.


    Refused Deliveries:

    If the merchandise is refused you will be liable for brokerage charges and duty incurred upon its return. For goods over $500 USD in value please contact us for return instructions. When returning goods please include invoice number identification. Please contact us the day you ship the return(s) so we will have up-to-date information on your situation in order to better assist you. Mail in original packaging whenever possible. If you are sending several items, please pack them so they do not damage each other.

    Merchandise returned without first obtaining an "RMA" (as per above) will result in a credit to the account of the original purchaser in lieu of a monetary refund. The product must be in new, unused and unworn condition with all original packaging materials and unused certificates. If the product you're returning includes a special offer the additional item(s) must also be returned or you may choose to have the cost subtracted from your refund.


    Damaged Product Policy:

    If you receive goods in a damaged condition please inform the carrier (Post Office, UPS , USPS, FEDEX agent or Common Carrier) immediately. Sign the bill of lading as products damaged whether it is prepaid or collect to you.

This merchandise is clearly marked with the label "NO RETURN" and materialflow.com return policies do not apply to these items.


    Policy Changes:

    If we decide to change our return policy for Material Flow & Conveyor Systems, Inc. (materialflow.com) we will post those changes here so that you will always know our current policy and requirements.
