JiffyRail™ Access Gates are the most effective means for guarded access to mezzanines, catwalks and elevated works areas. Designed to meet IBC, OSHA and CAL/OSHA requirements when properly installed.
PIVOT GATE Our pivot gate eliminates the possibility of dropping a loose gate over the edge of a mezzanine platform. This lightweight gate is easily pivoted into the open position, and securely locks in closed position. Specify desired gate width from 4 to 8 feet.
TRACKLESS SLIDING GATE Our trackless sliding safety gate is built into the railing system. The gate rides on silent polyurethane wheels and latches while in the closed position. Specify desired width from 4 to 8 feet.
SINGLE AND DOUBLE SWING GATES Our single and double swing gates are hinged to the vertical guardrail posts and roll easily on an 8 inch wheel. The single gate latches to the opposite guardrail post, while the double gate is provided with a cane bolt and gate latch to secure the gates in the closed position. Specify single gate for widths ranging from 4 to 6 feet, and the double gate for widths ranging from 6 to 10 feet.
TILT GATE Our tilt gates provide fall protection on each side of a pallet landing area when loads are being moved between levels. When the dual sided gate is opened it allows the user access to the load while still providing fall protection at the mezzanine platform edge. When the gate is closed it allows the load to be placed while keeping workers out of the pallet landing area as well as providing fall protection. The gate is finely balanced so that it requires very little effort to lift. Our gates can be built to the specific width needed.
